WHS Incident Notification
Please lodge all WHS related incidents as soon as possible and within one business day. This includes relevant serious student injuries.
Important Information
All serious (life threatening) injuries which occur out of normal working hours must be reported to WorkSafe as soon as possible. If you cannot reach the WHS team, please contact WorkSafe direct on 1800 678 198. In the same circumstances electric shocks (other than static) must be reported to Western Power on 13 13 51.

Serious Student Injury
A student serious injury is reportable to WorkSafe if it is shown that the CEWA workplace/equipment/processes contributed to the injury. Simple examples are: rusted monkey bars gave way or poorly maintained mountain bikes.
